Everything you need to know before getting started...
What if I’m too overweight or not fit enough yet?
You’re exactly who we work with. You don’t need to be fit to start. Your program is built around your current level and we progress at a pace that suits you. Everybody is welcome here no matter your size or fitness level.
What if I’ve never been to the gym and have no clue what I’m doing?
That’s completely fine that's what we're here for! We guide you through everything step by step, so you’ll learn proper technique and build confidence from day one.
Is there an age limit?
We work with clients aged 8 and above, with all programs tailored to the individual. There’s no upper age limit, our oldest client is 78 and had never set foot in a gym before ours!
Do you offer memberships?
No, we don’t do memberships. You simply pay for your sessions as you go. No hidden charges or extras.
is there a lock-in contract?
There are no lock-in contracts. We do recommend committing to at least 12 weeks to see real results, but if you just want a few sessions to learn specific movements or get started, that’s absolutely fine too.
What do I need to bring with me?
Just bring a water bottle, a towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes with enclosed shoes. We’ll take care of everything else.
I’m an NDIS client, can I bring my support worker?
Yes, we encourage it if it helps you to feel more comfortable. You’re welcome to bring a support worker to your sessions at no extra cost.
I’m nervous about starting, what if I feel out of place?
We understand as we once felt like that too! It's completely normal. Our sessions are private and supportive, so you won’t feel judged or out of your depth. We make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
Is everything tailored to me?
Yes, every session and program is built around you, your goals, your fitness level, and any injuries or limitations. We don’t use copy-and-paste programs, everything is personalised.
